Contractors, agencies and other client businesses lose hours asking for the same photos and forms twice. Collevo is the link that gets them right the first time.

One link per client
A business picks a checklist and sends a link. The client confirms a one-time code. No account, no app, no password.

Checked on the spot
Every upload is checked while the client is still there, with a plain note on what to fix.

Filed where they work
Accepted files go to the business’s own Google Drive or Dropbox, sorted.

Nothing to chase
Reminders go out on their own, and an activity log records every open, upload, check and reminder.
