Day one

Photos, paperwork and choices are in the job folder before the crew loads up. Day one starts with the work, not with questions.

  • The fourth "just following up" text this week.
  • A blurry photo you will ask for again.
  • Files scattered across texts, emails, and Drive.

Name each photo on the request, so the homeowner knows exactly which wall you mean. On their phone, every item opens the camera.

Last week

Hi Jamie, Oakline Remodeling needs a few things for your kitchen remodel kickoff: app.collevo.io/r/k7Q2

The follow-up text, already written.

Reminders go out by text and email and name only what is still missing. It is the same link as before, and when the last item lands, they stop on their own.

Signed estimate: Jamie uploads a copy. In-app signing is coming soon.

Questions from the job site.

Do homeowners need to download an app?

No. They tap your link, confirm a one-time code, and add photos and documents from their phone browser.

What can I collect from homeowners?

Site photos, documents like permits and HOA letters, text answers such as appliance model numbers, and choices like finishes. Signatures are coming soon.

Where do job photos end up?

In your own Google Drive or Dropbox, organized by client and job.

What if a homeowner sends a blurry photo?

Collevo flags it right away and asks for a clearer shot, with a hint like "closer to the cabinets".

Every photo in before you show up.

Homeowners snap the photos and send the paperwork from their phone. You walk in with the job folder full.
