The Terms of service will be the agreement between your business and Collevo for using the product. Here is what they will cover.
The service
What Collevo does: sending your clients a link to upload files, photos and information, checking what they send, and delivering accepted files to your own Google Drive or Dropbox. It will also say how we label features that are still coming soon.
Your account
Who can create an account, keeping your login secure, and your responsibility for what happens on your account and for the people you invite to it.
Your clients and your content
That you decide what to request and need the right to request it, that the files and information your clients send belong to you or them (not to us), and the limited permission you give us to process that content only to run the service.
Acceptable use
What you may not use Collevo for, set out in the Acceptable use policy, and what happens if it is broken.
Plans, billing and cancelling
How paid plans, free trials, renewals, cancellation and refunds work. Plans are described on the pricing page.
Connected services
How Collevo works with services you connect, such as Google Drive or Dropbox, whose own terms also apply to you.
Liability, changes and ending use
The usual legal terms: warranties and their limits, limits on liability, how we will tell you about changes to the terms, how either side can end the agreement, and which law applies.
