Do my clients need an account?
No. They tap your link, confirm a one-time code, and upload from their phone. No account, no app, no password.
Where are files stored?
In your own Google Drive or Dropbox. Collevo holds files only briefly to check them, then hands them off.
Is it secure?
Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest, clients verify with a one-time code, and every action is in an activity log.
What can I collect?
Files, photos, text answers, and choices today. Signatures are coming soon.
What happens if a client uploads the wrong file?
Every upload is checked as it lands. If a photo is blurry, a page is missing, or it is the wrong document, the client sees a short, specific note and can fix it on the spot.
